Pearl Lobster

Pearl lobster is a type of sea water lobster that has a relatively higher price than other sea water lobster. This lobster has thick and sweet meat so it is often used in Japanese dishes, namely sashimi. Its habitat is located in calm waters in the coral reef area with a depth of 5 - 10 meters. It has a greenish color on its body. Its body has large and small spots that are bright yellow in color.
